   A genuinely excellent experience from start to finish, highly recommended.<br><br>We had a really positive experience buying our new home through RiverHomes Chiswick.<br><br>Jack, Phillip and Liana were all incredibly helpful throughout the process.     We've just exchanged on our house through Devenports.<br><br>The thing I'd single out is their data. Before we put the house on the market, they came round and walked us through the numbers for our area: what similar houses had sold for and the sort of buyer who was actually buying locally. It meant we went in with a realistic price and they knew exactly who to market it to. They were right on the price and right on the buyer.<br><br>They found someone quickly, and from there they kept on top of everything. Whenever things got difficult along the way, they went the extra mile to keep the sale moving and get us to exchange.<br><br>Good people who know their market properly.
