Despite being an intern and on his probation period, he conducted the viewings with great confidence, knowledge and courtesy. He was well-prepared, communicated clearly, and was very attentive to what we were looking for.<br>He represents Starling Arcade very well and is a credit to your team. We would like to recognise his excellent effort and would highly recommend him.

Viewings were organised promptly by Aspens following the sales advert and board within the property. I was kept informed as a matter of course, and any questions as to the progress of the sale were handled by Alex White at Aspens. Thoroughly recommended.

This is my first time renting, I didn’t expect the process to be so simple. (Thanks to Marina!) Marina was available out of hours, that was very helpful. I am really happy with the service Marina & Jimmy provided. Can’t recommend them enough. :)

Never dealt with them or had any interaction with them. Don’t know how they got our email address. There is no option to unsubscribe. Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors. He took time to understand our needs, was always on hand to take our phone calls, completely transparent and able to help navigate us through the sale using his years of experience.<br><br>He found us a buyer within the first week of us speaking to him and they had even put in an offer. He then found us our eventual buyers who were the best buyers anyone could have asked for.<br><br>Everything went through smoothly, within the time frame we were hoping and we completed without any major delays or hiccups.<br><br>Thank you Mark and Cow & Co.

Communication was always clear, regular and personal, and I always felt that the sale was in safe hands.
