They've now successfully sold two of my houses, and both experiences have been excellent from start to finish.<br><br>The communication has always been fantastic, keeping me updated every step of the way, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Kelly and the team are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely care about getting the best outcome for their clients.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible. After being on the market for some time, with the occasional time wasters and the let's have a look around someone else's house this weekend people, some friends who have rental properties suggested Butlers. Dave and his team turned out to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly, The property was on the market again for some considerable time, due to the unusual quirky property, Dave and his team stuck with it, he sometimes looked as fed up as we were, but it all worked out well in the end, thanks for sharing the slog, Dave and your merry band.

Someone is always at the end of the phone to offer guidance or reassurance. The staff who came to the house to value/take photos/show people around treated my property with respect. Having lived here happily for many years, they helped me find the right people to love it when I have moved to my new adventure.

20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Blundells Crystal Peaks were amazing from the start. After a horrendous 20 weeks trying to sell our property with Haybrook, they were honest, open and listened to us. They very quickly listed our property and generated viewings, resulting in us selling our house fairly quickly and very close to the asking price. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.
