Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. 30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)By far the worst estate agents I've ever had to work with, and if I ever see their name again, I'm running in the opposite direction! I wasn't so upset when it came to moving out, as we only had to go down the road, so was only more annoyed by their consistent unbothered attitude, but moving here we were moving up from London, and couldn't afford to mess around. They seem to forget this may be just a job for them, but for us it's about even having a home to live in. With every phone call, with a different member of staff, having to answer all of the same questions again and again, my stress levels and worry increased. They kept changing our move in date, which was frustrating as we had to book a man and van team. And so, when we finally did arrive and ended up having to sit OUTSIDE OUR NEW HOME FOR 3 HOURS while waiting for them to sort out an issue and give us the key, I wasn't mad, just deflated and exhausted. Experience with the Wymondham branch to move out was just as bad - couldn't get hold of them for information, but when they needed something from you, it was a different story! If you have the choice, there is Whittley Parish, a much better alternative.

Although my purchase has fallen through due to unexpected works needed at the property, I felt supported throughout.

28th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)I can not fault Musker McIntyre on any level. Their level of understanding, combined with professionalism, at such a traumatic time as moving house, is remarkable in this day and age. I dealt mainly with one person, and I am not sure if I can name her on here! But she made my whole experience less stressful than in many other circumstances. To give an example, I have also, out of this area, used other agents, the transaction was cold, immature, calculating, and unprofessional. I could go on about the difference Muskers make to a sale ( not just the actual selling), but all the interaction surrounding the transaction. I was allowed to meet my potential buyers and interact with them, which does not often happen now with many agents. I will not move again......I hope, but if I do i will use Muskers

With a friendly, knowledgeable team, they are a family run agency offering a close, supportive and personal service to their clients often missed by the corporate agencies. I would highly recommend Elvin Estates. By the way, we got our house ! Thank you!

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.

The marketing was brilliant and went the extra mile and what turned into a tricky sale towards the end meant I really saw the effort they went to to get it over the line. Calls out of hours, viewings on weekends and evenings and all in all a second to none service
