19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all
11th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)I attempted to purchase a property through this agency and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Throughout the process, inaccurate and misleading information was provided, which appeared to be aimed at progressing the sale. Communication was also very poor, with little to no proactive updates unless we repeatedly chased for information.<br><br>As a result of this misinformation, we have been left out of pocket and extremely disappointed with the service we received. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.
19th Aug 2022 (4 years ago)The team were very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. My sale was relatively straightforward but had their been issues I'm sure they woukd have been sorted efficiently.

Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable about the market and consistently gives thoughtful, honest advice rather than simply telling clients what they want to hear. What really sets him apart is his calm professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to guide decisions with confidence and integrity. He understands both the emotional and financial sides of property transactions and has always made us feel we were in very capable hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone looking to buy or sell property. He is experienced, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome.

16th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)They say that if you own a dog then don't bark yourself. I needed to downsize quickly and instructed Simon Harrison of Harrison Edge to undertake the sale. He guided me through the process and logic of pricing the property and it was under offer within a month which quicky resulted in the sale. I cannot thank Simon enough as I was then able to purchase my chosen next property.

21st Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Duplicated invoices, shoddy management, accessing premises without due consent, damage to premises (through use of contractors), unable to construct basic emails, agreeing terms and then reneging on them and false accusations made to our landlord. I'm not sure if they still act as property managers or if they have given it up, but if they do and you're a prospective tenant, be very careful.

He was absolutely amazing, we was always kept up to date, phone calls answered, just brilliant all round service couldn't recommend Langwrites enough! Many thanks Peter
