3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Myself and my partner recently purchased a flat through HJC. Both Nicky and Suzanne were great agents to work on buying the flat from the seller. They met us many times for viewings, helpful in communicating with all parties to help clear any bottlenecks and were both available to discuss over the phone and email if we had any issues. Would highly recommend them as an estate agents and if we are looking to sell, we would be using HJC!

They were professional and empathetic throughout, treating the sale not simply as a transaction, but with genuine care and understanding.<br><br>Lewis signed us up and gave us confidence from the outset. Katie was wonderful intuitive, professional and genuinely enthusiastic about our home. Call you three times a day when they think you owe them money, even though they’re wrong… suddenly when they work that out, it’s impossible to speak to anyone. Give me back my deposit money!! Avoid at all costs

I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards.
