15th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)They posted the house and for the 12 weeks we had the house with them we didn’t hear anything back from them, except when we contacted them. We had no weekly updates or advice from them as to why we only had 1 viewing in the 12 weeks.

6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I have to say that Marcus and his team have been utterly superb in selling my mother's house in Cuckfield. We asked for a specific strategy and they delivered it perfectly. An outstanding element is how Marcus is personally involved throughout and that makes a real difference to us as a client. I would highly recommend!

It felt like she truly cared about us and the seller and she was always on hand to talk to us when we needed. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. A special mention must go to Chris, whose communication skills are second to none. He kept me constantly updated and masterfully coordinated with both the solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the chain, making a stressful process feel incredibly smooth. Every single member of staff at the Hailsham office was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
