His enthusiasm for trying the different approaches for our unusual house paid off almost immediately and we had more viewings in the first week with Robert Luff than we had had in a total of 9 months with other agents, and have now sold the house. Friendly, pro-active and very can-do - I have pleasure in recommending Jamie and the team unreservedly!

They made what can often be a stressful process feel really straightforward and kept everything moving so smoothly. Our chain was quite complex, but Keira handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and constant communication. She really understood how important it was for us to move before our baby arrives and has worked incredibly hard to help make that happen. A big thank you as well to Dan, who managed to secure a buyer for our flat despite a very saturated market. We're so grateful for their support and dedication during what was quite a stressful time. Along with Mel and the team they are by far the best agents around!<br>Their Customer Service is second to none. Excellent and clear communication at all times, availability and calls returned. They were punctual , always confirming visits, dates and times. Consistent feedback.<br>And on top of that Ross is one of the most professional and patient guys I've ever met. Complete empathy with the client, polite and nothing was too much trouble. I didn't think agents existed like this BUT they DO ??????!!<br>Thank you guys! A difficult situation moving from UK to France and all the bits in between but you did it!!<br>Bon continuation ??????
