Having not sold or bought a property for many years, it felt a bit daunting launching into the property market again. Jamie at Robert Luff EA made the whole experience so easy for us. He kept us updated and chased solicitors as and when at different pressure points. He was the perfect 'go between' for us and the seller, which enabled us to negotiate some furniture to be left at the property. He was so friendly and spoke in a language we could all understand; none of the 'in house' property speak!! Always extremely helpful, responsive and supportive throughout the process going above and beyond. Completed within six months, good rate achieved and helpful budgeting for prices etc.

13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Homes Partnership were realistic in their valuation of my property rather than giving inflated figures to get the business and then asking you to reduce the price to enable the property to be sold. Their adverts are good including giving a 360 degree tour of the property. They promote the property well and give regular feedback on the number of online views as well as physical viewings.<br>Will use again

If I could leave him an extra star I would! He went above and beyond anything we’ve experienced when buying previously. The admin staff who greet you at the front desk, Laoisa and Ruth, are friendly and professional, and if I ever had a query they usually answered my email within 30 mins. Its easy to get through on the phone, and the staff all know where everyone is - and they always ring you back. I think the photographer they use is superb - I've used other agents, and this guy is great. Wish I could give him a name check! James came and valued my flat, Rob conducted the sale and I felt entirely confident that they would get me the best result. The solicitors they recommended were extremely responsive and professional, and all in all, it was a simple and straightforward process. High Five, all at Lextons, and thank you.
