3rd Sep 2019 (6 years ago)After going to multiple estate agents, we finally found luck with The Property Shop, Spoke to Lisel in there. Helped us out hugely with finding a flat suitable for us. Covered all our needs and any questions were soon answered, would highly recommend. Thanks for the help!

20th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Highly recommend Cubitt and West, particularly Lorraine who identified a property for us that we had missed on the property portals. Lorraine showed as round and we instantly fell in love with the property, we then went on to have our offer accepted. Communication so far has been excellent!- 28th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Impressed with the energy and enthusiasm from the moment we met Cailean, Matt and Maddie. It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared. This continued with Tamsin who was brilliant with sales progression through to the end The whole team went above and beyond. We felt reassured and supported throughout and would definitely recommend. Totally love you all. Massive thank you for your dedication and commitment.

15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Victoria was excellent from start to finish, providing advice and support throughout my purchase. Everything was explained in simple terms, and as a first time buyer this really helped the process to run smoothly. I highly recommend Victoria for mortgage advice!

10th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
12th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.

6th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)James from G&S was excellent, very helpful and not at all pushy or salesy. I found him very knowledge and just a really nice guy, so patient and happy to help as well. I have to say I felt very safe in his hands, which I found reassuring when lettiing my home. I felt I was seen as a person and not just another deal that needed to get signed off quickly. Within a week James had organised 5 couples to view and then he went through each applicant with me, stating their strengths or weaknesses as tenants. I felt that he wouldn’t have let me go forward with anyone he didn’t feel would be a good choice. They also organise everything you need, the EPC, gas and electric safety checks and itinerary. Nothing was too much trouble. I would whole heartedly recommend G&S, they’ve got it right, and the office is more accessible for parking being just outside of the main town.
17th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)EweMove staff recently sold our flat and it turned out to be a long process, because our first buyers dropped out when we were almost at the completion stage. Because it was then August we decided to rent the flat out for 6 months and put it back up for sale. Not only did the staff find us a suitable and reliable short term tenant within a few days, but another buyer, who had viewed our flat previously and was still interested in buying it. Every step of the process was handled efficiently and the staff were always supportive, very knowledgeable and helpful. When we first met Neil at EweMove he promised us a personal service and they didn’t fail to deliver on this promise. Would highly recommend EweMove.

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

He assisted us in deciding on the features we were most concerned about. When things were moving slowly he offered new perspectives. After making an offer, Ashley managed the negotiations and kept us informed about progress, always returning calls and emails without delay.
