Everything was explained in simple terms, and as a first time buyer this really helped the process to run smoothly. I highly recommend Victoria for mortgage advice!
10th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
12th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.

3rd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Ginger and Sanders have been an awesome letting agent throughout our moving process.<br><br>We had Claire show us around our property and ease a lot of anxieties for myself and my partner. The process was made very easy and she was very helpful!<br><br>She contacted us throughout and even sent pictures and regular updates on the property before we moved in.<br><br>A really helpful letting agent 5 stars.

I had been looking for over 3 years for the right property in Lewes and having met and had dealings with most of the other local Estate Agents I can say that my relationship with Lewes Estates was one of the best. They were always friendly, pro-active and professional in dealing with my enquiries and kept me fully updated throughout the process.

As owners of holiday lets, Baileys manage the entire process on our behalf brilliantly. They consistently ensure that any issues are dealt with promptly and their attention to detail gives us great confidence that our holiday homes are in good hands. We can’t thank the staff enough for all they do to provide such an excellent service.
