24th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)I went into the office and said I wanted to visit a property expecting to hear quickly. Nothing. Had to go in again. Not impressed at all. Let’s see if their customer service improves? A nice phone call would’ve been helpful explaining the situation. They come across as entitled and not very helpful.

He has been fantastic throughout the process, going the extra mile at every turn, supportive, encouraging and down to earth. None of the usual estate agent speak here. We invited them back to value our home alongside other local agents, and they were the clear choice.<br><br>Stuart was experienced, honest, friendly and personable from the outset. Erin was our main point of contact throughout the sale and she was absolutely fantastic. She was always easy to reach, kept us updated after every viewing, communicated brilliantly with our buyers, and genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving. Both Stuart and Erin are genuinely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with.<br><br>The only slight downside was the recommended Countrywide conveyancers, but Erin regularly stepped in to chase updates and keep everything on track.<br><br>Freeman Foreman have now helped us both buy and sell the same home, seven years apart, and they've been consistently honest, supportive and professional throughout.
