13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I recently bought a property in Wick Hall. That process took us 6 months. From initial research before going on the market, of many different blocks and flats in our targeted area, to actually moving in last week. Wick Hall was not included in my thoughts but I saw two flats for sale there on Right Move in April. Intrigued I called the agent Phillips and Still to ask about why two flats in the same block were so different on price. My call was answered by Alice King who offered to show me both even though we weren't yet on the market. That kindness and underlying professionalism from the first meet, built up a complete trust in Alice. We weren't ready to go then. Alice then contacted me when another property came up. We had a viewing and the flat stayed in our minds a a potential. After further thought we contacted Alice again and told her that we'd be putting an offer in subject to selling our house. Which by being on a very popular family residential area and in excellent condition sold quickly. Alice helped us with additional viewings, and also during negotiating the sale. Alice was a constant support and positive always. She is also an expert on Wick Hall so fully able to answer all the questions. She also helped us on moving day with the caretaker. We cannot thank both Alice and Phillips and Still enough for our experience, during the process. Fully reccomended this Estate agent.

Les and his team were excellent at giving us advice, providing feedback from all the viewings and keeping us informed of progress. Despite a difficult housing market we managed to successfully complete the sale of the property. I would recommend them.

We were impressed with the number of viewings, particularly in these difficult economic times, and were able to agree a sale relatively quickly. 26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this. I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

He also used high-pressure sales tactics and seemed willing to say anything to close a deal. 2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I got in touch with King and Chasemore as it looked like my purchase was about to fall through 11 days before completion and I would need to rent somewhere at very short notice.<br><br>I spoke with Jack about a particular property and he understood the situation and was incredibly helpful and proactive in setting up viewings and locating other suitable properties.<br><br>In this instance, my purchase was salvaged and I didn't need to rent somewhere but the speed at which Jack reacted and the help he offered went a very long way and impressed me to the point I will recommend this company to anyone and will certainly involve them in future property transactions myself.

As a buyer he and the team always have your best interests at heart and provides great advise. I always had peace of mind throughout the sales process and he can absolutely be trusted.<br>When selling a property Alex and his team always went above and beyond to move things foreward and communication was execellent.
