The whole team were involved at various times and the communication from them was excellent. The anxiety that we all experience at these times disappeared and the process was actually enjoyable! We would like to particularly acknowledge Ollie Bean, whose enthusiasm and attention to detail was outstanding. Refused to answer any questions relevant to enable purchase to proceed after paying for property survey. Thank you John & all at S & C ??????

Our first home fell through and Danielle was immediately there to support us through the process again. She ensured that we were kept informed of progress throughout and was always very responsive to our emails. We would highly recommend her for all mortgaging needs.

It was not a straight forward sale but he team were attentive, pro-active and great with communicating. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to any prospective sellers in the area.

17th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)I have recently bought a flat in Bexhill through New Foundations . I have mainly dealt with William. I have always found him incredibly helpful, always replies to my emails as well as telephone calls. It seems like nothing is too much trouble for him even when I was asking him to contact the vendor on several occasions regarding any issues I had in respect of the property. I also dealt with Nathan as well who is just as incredibly helpful. New Foundations are like a breath of fresh air for Estate Agents & so much better than any other estate agent that I’ve used over the years.

I cannot praise the lovely team at Cooper Adams enough for the warmth and genuine care they have taken at each stage. James and colleagues took every opportunity to be interested, they were professional and had incredible processes that are timely, supportive and keep momentum going. As a result of their diligence and market presence, we received an offer on day one and have accepted. Could not be happier.- 30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)My elderly parents were selling their property and a buyer was found quickly by C&W. It however got a bit problematic with the deeds and it was an extremely stressful time for them with buyers and sellers putting pressure on.<br>Garry was exceptional !!!!<br>Then voice of reason, pulling the right strings at the right time and managing my parents with patience and understanding.<br>He also kept me updated which he didn’t have to do but meant I could help my parents along the way.<br>Well done and thank you for ‘knowing your customer and having emotional intelligence’

12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We sold our house through Andrews Horley. Nancy, Steve and Tia organised and conducted the viewings. They always communicated with us to ensure it wasn't inconvenient. We received text messages with confirmation and reminders. They were enthusiastic and helpful throughout the whole process. Nancy was very proactive with chasing the solicitors and monitoring progress of our sale. She checked regularly on our purchase to ensure everything was progressing too. She was in regular contact with our buyers to let them know what was happening. Conor in Reigate also liaised with the solicitors while Nancy was away and he helped to keep things moving towards the end when solicitors were dragging their heels. From start to finish the Horley branch showed great customer support.

It was especially Coco who we were in regular contact with for more than a year. Her professional, at the same time kind and polite attitude made it easier and quicker for us to resolve the different issues regarding our flat. Communication was excellent throughout right up to completion. And it didn’t feel like you were just a number, I would 100% recommend Phil, very genuine and straightforward and he got the job done with very specific requirements! I can honestly say I do not have one negative thing to say. Thankyou Phil!

Don’t expect classy offices with huge windows stuffed with classy homes for sale, but when you open the door, those staff are really classy. They know their stuff, their marketing attracts viewers, they follow up with excellent communication, they solve problems that buyers may have, and most important of all, they get offers that are acceptable but they don’t stop there. They undertake due diligence to make sure they get the best deal possible for the vendor.Dee and David were an excellent team - hard working, professional, great negotiators, and really lovelh people to work with. But they don’t stop work when the offer is accepted, contracts exchanged, and they are still supportive on completion. Whoops, buyer wants to bring completion forward by a few months just after I moved.Help Dee, who can clean my house and remove the picture hooks? No problam for Dee. She harnassed a team and I left a sparki g house for the buyers!!

30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Highly recommend Gareth Pontin, who helped make buying our first home feel so much less daunting!<br><br>We initially went to Gareth with no idea whether we’d even be able to get a mortgage, due to one of us being on a VISA. Gareth was able to access a wide range of lenders that we wouldn’t have been able to approach ourselves, and he made the whole process feel much more straightforward.<br><br>Our purchase took longer than expected, but Gareth was able to secure us a new mortgage deal during the process. This meant our interest rate actually decreased, which was a fantastic result!<br><br>He also helped us arrange our buildings and life insurance, making the whole process much easier.<br><br>We had a really great experience and would highly recommend Gareth to anyone looking to buy their first home or remortgage.
