From viewing to completion, they’ve been proactive, supportive and, honestly, quite a lot of fun. Special mention goes to Kate and Kay who are both brilliant. Our journey began with a first viewing for a property that didn't quite meet our expectations, but Oakley was incredibly kind to immediately inform us that a larger, more suitable flat had just become available. Furthermore, they kindly arranged a viewing for this new property on the same day without requiring a separate appointment. Also, throughout the entire process, they provided all necessary information and details at every step, ensuring any questions we had were addressed promptly. The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

They were all incredible throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the move as smooth as possible. Nothing was ever an issue. If you are planning on selling a property don't bother asking anyone else to come and value. And if you are buying make sure its a property they have for sale!

She has been easy to contact throughout and very efficient dealing with any queries. We are in a fairly complex chain however Michaela has facilitated communication between all parties and kept everyone updated throughout. We would definitely use Abbott and Abbott again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agency!
