2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Poor service and extortionate fee for an admin check over 4 times the amount my solicitor charged for the same service.<br>When they sent their bill to my solicitor on completion it was over £1,000 higher than we had agreed!<br>They did eventually sell the house after a buyer dropped out because he couldn't get a mortgage even though Bridgfords had checked him out and said he had a mortgage.<br>Use another Agent!- 28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)"I highly recommend Manners & Harrison to anyone looking to purchase a property. As a first-time buyer, I was initially anxious about the process, but my first phone call with Sophie immediately put me at ease with her welcoming and professional approach. Additionally, their financial advisor, Phil, is exceptionally knowledgeable and provides the guidance I need to feel completely confident in my purchase. The team consistently goes above and beyond for their customers, maintaining excellent communication and keeping me informed at every stage. They demonstrate a genuine care for their clients, and their outstanding service has made this a seamless experience so far.

11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

4th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)I can’t thank Debbie and the Billingham office enough for everything they did throughout my sale.<br><br>We encountered a major legal issue with a deed of variation, which took over 14 weeks to resolve and caused a great deal of stress and uncertainty. Throughout the entire process, Debbie was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly supportive, always chasing solicitors and other parties for updates, keeping me informed every step of the way, and always available to talk whenever I needed reassurance.<br><br>Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt supported from start to finish.<br><br>I couldn’t recommend Debbie and the Billingham office highly enough. She was knowledgeable,punctual ,a great communicator and efficient. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

Having not through the full buying and selling process before, Helen was fantastic and helped us buy our dream home.<br>The team were so friendly and helpful from waling in on day 1 to enquire about a house to completion day.<br>We would definitely recommend if you want honest, friendly and open service.<br>We will always be greatful for the help we received.

Within two days I received an offer of the full asking price. They worked together with my solicitor to ensure the sale went through smoothly without any hitches. All the staff were friendly and super helpful, I definitely recommend Ingleby Homes to anyone who is looking to sell their property,

Jess went out of her way to keep dates on track and keep solicitors moving quickly. We even got a lovely gift hamper with a few essentials in it from Jess and the team.<br>I would definitely recommend Northgate in the future to anyone buying or selling.<br>Way to go team Northgate, you’re all amazing ??????

First, there is no way to actually speak to them on the phone — when I called, a voice message specifically stated that you cannot call them directly and I had to leave a message instead. For an estate agency, that is ridiculous.<br><br>I was visiting Ormskirk from another part of the UK and only in the area for a few hours. While driving in the area, I spotted a property I was interested in, so I made the effort to drive to their branch in person. I was met by a saleswoman from their team, who was cold and frankly snooty. Every question I asked was met with a long-winded "no" and zero useful information.<br><br>I am a seasoned property investor, part of the largest property network in the UK and Europe, and I regularly buy houses. Through their unhelpfulness and her dismissive attitude, they have lost not just my business but business from my wider network. I will not be using GR Estates again, and based on my experience I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

Isobel dealt with my offer initially and put me in touch with Michael Pooles solicitors and mortgage advisor. I was then passed to Helen who helped me throughout my purchase. All the staff at Michael Poole, the solicitors and the mortgage adviser were very helpful and supportive through the while process. Thanks again, we love our new home!
