Over the years I have worked with and for many estate agents and never have I come across one who is so proactive, professional and helpful in all respects. He did not give up ever and chased for information and ensured a speedy exchange and completion actually on time and as promised. Great experience and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Murray to handle any future sale. Thank you, Murray.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Orient Estates rather than a larger agency because of their particular knowledge of the North west London area. The sale process was much longer than anticipated with numerous problems along the way. This was mainly due to issues with house and the would-be buyers rather than the agent. Ryann’s communications throughout was consistently good and he helped overcome each problem and achieve completion at a price that I was happy with.

This man should not be on the road, very dangerous driving, stuck his finger out the window as he cut me up doing around 60mph in a road works 40mph on the a428. Then proceeded to overtake an artic lorry while another lorry was oncoming and had to move into the layby. He got that far.... 10 minutes later I seen parked up in waitrose bedford car park, He should not be driving at all let alone CBRE.

He was incredibly helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, he did everything he could to help. On top of that, he was so kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much smoother. 17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We used Chas Lowe 23 years ago to buy our current home. This time we are selling and, after a recommendation from a friend, instructed a much bigger local firm and really regretted it. After 10 months on the market with 5 offers but no exchange we decided to change agents and use Chas Lowe again. We instantly knew it was the right decision. These men know what they are doing. They know the area and they have a positive, no nonsense attitude which I much prefer to the usual cowboy estate agents. We dealt mainly with James for the viewings and Anthony for all of the after sales stuff( which I had no idea could be so lengthy and tricky- dealing with very particular buyers). Anybody can show potential buyers around your home and get them to like it. The staff in this office actually get the job done and keep you informed at all times-coming up with good ideas and different strategies along the way. I would never mess around with any other firms. Go straight to Chas Lowe. You will be glad that you did.
19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)This is the worst agency so far. They tried to raise our rent without the approval of the landlord until we had to move. We did not know about this until the landlord called me and said he never asked for the rent to go up.
