The phone alway gets answered and any questions I have always get done. I also recommend my friend to this company and she is still thanking me. Amazing thank you for all your hard work.
12th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I had a very positive experience with blue field estates. In 2020 opted a multi sale for my property for sale. The agent was extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable. Brought to me 2 buyers. I was selling and he happened to have me 2 buyers, so the other negative reviews is pretty much damn, unfortunate. I am so sorry. The agent was brilliant to us.

Although there were some delays due to complications with the seller, Steve was always on hand to pick up my phone calls and kept pushing the deal forward up towards completion. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.
10th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Would avoid this agency. I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.
9th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a viewing arranged for today and after 10 minutes waiting at the property I decided to call the agency, I was told to give them a moment to call me back, after couple of minutes one of the agents told me the property was not available anymore and they just forgot to cancel the viewing or to mention it in advance. Very unprofessional.

I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.
24th Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

9th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)I have lived in a property that they managed for 4 years. They were very organised and professional from the start. Every year electricity checks were done, to keep us safe and every year they would contact us to renew the contract in a timely manner. When I was asked to leave the property (due some work that had to be done, for safety reasons) they gave me plenty of time to plan my move and after I moved, they returned my deposit within a good amount of time. Thank you, Adam and the owner of the house. I have great memories in that flat and thanks to you, none were bad memories. Thanks for your professionalism, work ethic and integrity.
17th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Quite friendly people(especially the CEO of Taylor Smith Estates), and concerned about the well-settling in of the potential/tenent, offering an `AFTER-SALES SERVICE` as much as necessary. I'm speaking here as a human being, who cannot see the intents of another human's heart. Only God Can See through human heart and Know it exactly.

30th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. What is more, they also manage our apartment already for 6 months and we didn’t have any issues at all (knock on the wood). This is such a relief for an overseas landlords. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!
