26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.

Communication was always prompt and friendly, which made moving, usually a stressful experience, feel a lot easier. Having dealt with estate agents over the last couple of years who were somewhat difficult, Sibley Pares really were a breath of fresh air. We truly appreciate all the help and professionalism throughout.

He was always on top of things and quick to follow up when needed. Communication was really good throughout the process – Ben kept us updated regularly and was always easy to get hold of if we had questions. We really appreciated his support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We completed the sale of my parents’ house today and I cannot recommend Platform Property highly enough. This was a probate sale, and Platform took over after several unsuccessful months with a previous estate agent. They were proactive in getting in touch as the exclusive arrangement was coming to an end and made a strong, credible case for the quality of their service, which they fully lived up to. Despite a very challenging market, they generated over 20 viewings during the time the property was listed and guided us through a smooth and painless completion process. Communication throughout was excellent. We received prompt, detailed feedback after every viewing and always felt well informed at each stage. They also helpfully recommended a variety of different solicitors, and on the strength of their service we were happy to follow that recommendation. Customer care was consistently excellent: responsive, thorough and genuinely helpful. We are delighted with the outcome and very grateful for their professionalism and support throughout what could have been a difficult process.- 27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is my 2nd time of using Wards and I had no hesitation in choosing them again.Every single person I dealt with was amazing, encouraging ,supportive and professional...the house I had chosen was perfect for me but the only thing that slowed things down was my buyers solicitors....Wards of Paddock Wood remained positive for me when I couldn't feel positive for myself...as before (7 years ago )their customer service went above and beyond not just being professional in the process but remembering what a stressful time house sales can be and being there for the emotional support I needed (it's been a very tough 6 years and it was a hard decision to move but the right one) ... I cannot fault this branch and would recommend them to everyone....thank you to every single person I dealt with, Lauren,Hazel,Samantha and Maria,their sales progressor ...this lady worked tirelessly to move the sale along liasing with solicitors,and the Deal branch, she was cheerful ,upbeat ,friendly and professional and I genuinely feel that she cut the completion date down dramatically...to all of you I can't thank you enough if I could give 10 stars I would xx

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)There were couple of properties available with Barden that I tried hard to reach them, every time they take my full name and phone number but no one got back, I tried 4 times via phone and number of times over mails. I pressed the urgency on call, the person acknowledged that I called 2 times earlier, but no one had any information on the property i looked for, neither bothered calling back.

After our offer was accepted we had Nic who helped to guide us through and provide an easy conduit to our sellers. We would highly recommend them.
