Total lack of communication, agent named Oliver is completely disorganised, shows up unannounced to the property, left it in a mess after dropping some plants we had and disnt even bother to clean. Needed to always chase for feedback and their only strategy to sell is to get you to keep dropping your price. Given my experience as a sellers I would definitely not recommend them at all.

During the process it was great to know I had support from my agents and they went the extra mile to keep things moving when there were holdups on the conveyancing front. Pervin, working with James, navigated the sale mechanics, lethargic solicitors and thorny management companies brilliantly. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and represent a rare breed of estate agents who have much more than just aggressive marketing in their toolbox. James is a real artist in dealmaking and we need more agents like you!
