The process of getting to completion took longer than we planned for, but this is more to do with solicitors/management companies not being as thorough as we would have expected.<br><br>Izzy was really good in communicating with us and her professionalism shone through. 13th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.
