Lisa Swinnerton and your staff at Howkins & Harrison at Atherstone were brilliant at explaining every step of the process and answered all my questions, no matter how small or complicated they were. I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.

Even had home deliveries on some occasions! Thank you both Henry and Paul for all your help over the past 3 years, much appreciated and will definitely come back to you should the need arise.
8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)Lived in one of Kam’s properties for a year. He was quick and effective to any minimal problems that we had whilst renting. He’s friendly and always up for a chat. Taran was also brilliant at sorting any problems out. He was a really nice and good person always happy to have a chat. I would highly recommend using Sandhu Estates if you want an easy and non stressful tenancy.

This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.
