I originally chose Nick Griffith to sell my father's house simply because they had sold a house opposite to my father's. I am, however, very glad that I did. I live about 100 miles away and I felt that everything was in safe hands although I was so far away. They dealt with any queries/problems with the utmost professionalism and I am pleased to say the house sold at the asking price
15th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)shame 1 star isn’t an option. worst letting agents i have ever dealt with. proposed rent increases, despite half the property being unusable due to mould and damp, that boothroyd refused to address until after we’d vacated the property? genuinely disillusioned at the emails from the team with no regard for their disabled tenants. embarassing

11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)My experience of buying a property marketed by DOMVS has been excellent from start to finish. The viewings were conducted by Imogen who was helpful, knowledgeable and quick to get answers to supplementary enquiries about the property, showing that she also had a good rapport with the vendors. Following on from the process of offer to acceptance, again remarkably smooth, the internal communication within DOMVS ensured that the sales progression team of Marcus and Nicky were able to help facilitate a speedy and smooth process leading to a successful exchange of contracts. I would say overall that DOMVS’ strengths lay in very good, timely communications (both internal and external) and a professional, helpful relationship with both seller and buyer. Well done and thank you!
22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)My Wife Lynn recently used Martin & Co Estate Agents in Hinckley for the sale of her late father’s home. Jan in particular became like a friend to her and always returned our telephone calls when asked and she always kept us informed which was very important to us. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable and also a very nice man. We would 100% recommend Martin & Co for any sale or purchase.
1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

27th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)So I am based in London and invested in two buy to let properties in Northampton , I found the service from Ella, Louise and Charley absolutely fantastic used WHB for the past three years and very happy to use them once again excellent customer service from start to finish- 16th Feb 2026 (4 weeks ago)I had a good experience, the agent, Quentin Lee was very patient and made sure I get what I wanted. Just a small issue with the referencing, as the referencing is done from an external company so they don’t really have a hand in this. But otherwise I’m satisfied.

I mainly spoke to a lady called Chloe, who was great, but when I did speak to others, everyone was so lovely. A very easy and smooth process!

23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We have recently used David, Amelia and the wonderful team at Kingsman to sell our home. The process from start to finish has been outstanding. We had multiple agents value our property and David stood out above the rest with a great understanding of not only our property, but the market in general and gave us lots of useful tips on buying too. There were no hidden fees for photographs or identity verification which we really appreciated.<br>We sold in the very first weekend of listing after a bumper day of viewings and the communication throughout was outstanding. We had feedback from each prospective purchaser and the negotiations on our sale were seamless. Once sold the progress was passed to Amelia who has kept us up-to-date on a weekly basis. She liaised with our buyers and the sellers of the property we purchased and both solicitors, and ensured that all communications were top notch. We have now exchanged contracts and are ready for our move. We can't recommend Kingsman Estate Agents enough & I will be telling anyone considering moving to speak to David first. We all know that selling your home can be stressful but the whole process has been anything but, and that's down to Kingsman. So, a huge thank you from The Francis Family.

It’s rare to find an estate agent you feel you can 100% trust, but that’s exactly how we feel about Charles Rose. After such a consistently positive experience, I honestly wouldn’t choose anyone else.
