22nd Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Terrible experience with Olav and Edwards Estate Agents and I would discourage from using their services. I had a viewing of a property with Olav and put an offer for the asking price on 11/11/24. After 3 days waiting, contacted Olav again, who mentioned that landlady was busy due to her work and he asked to put in an email the issues I identified and requesting as part of the offer (minor decoration issues, change broken sink, property deep clean and removing the mattress and we would take our own). Just after 7 minutes, Olav replied "Just heard back from the Landlord that she cannot move the bed". Nothing regarding the offer or any of the other issues mentioned. Following week, after not hearing anything from Olav, I contacted him again to know if there was any update. He got very distressed with me calling again and at the end of the conversation he said, literally, "do not contact me again until I heard back from the landlady". Up to today I have not heard back from Olav to apologize or give any update.
6th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Dauntons are brilliant property managers - I am easy to please after an appalling 2 years with a management company who refused to carry out any work at all but moving to dauntons was the best thing I’ve done. They are quick to help with any issues and require minimal input from building owners and tenants and I think their prices are competitive. I truly don’t have a bad word to say about them.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. It has been a pleasure liaising with him. Will recommend Caddingtons and Arthur to anyone looking for a home in London!

25th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

They were not only friendly but also extremely helpful, making the entire process a pleasant and stress-free one. Their willingness to listen to my specific needs and preferences was evident, as they consistently provided options that aligned perfectly with what I was looking for. The agency's commitment to after-sale service is truly commendable. The fact that they go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are satisfied even after the rental agreement has been signed sets you apart in the real estate industry. 1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.

7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Really happy with K&O Estates. I moved to them after a bad experience with a previous agent where the tenants left my flat in a terrible state. K&O Estates were recommended by a friend and they honestly took all the stress away. They managed the full renovation at a competitive price, sorted all the certificates, and got everything done quickly. They also found a new tenant very fast, who already seems much better than the last. Would definitely recommend.
