I was particularly impressed with Kristina's swift and precise communication, as well as her knowledge of the development and the property. I have bought and sold properties in Farnham through Hamptons over the last 25 years, and this encounter was up to their usual high standards. Thoroughly recommended.

We really love our new house, and Caroline was very helpful throughout the whole process.<br>She kept us updated throughout and was always on top of everything. Communication was really good, and she was always quick to reply. She even replied to our email while she was on holiday.<br>As first-time buyers, we found this really helpful and reassuring. Once we had the offer we were passed over to the office. Stacey and the team were who we were buying from and I would say we had so much communication with her, we felt if we could have, they should have had the commission!

Very pleased and grateful to the care, he and the team showed with the dealing of this sale. He saw the potential, worked out the correct market, and was straight talking about everything. Clear and brilliant communication meant we were up to date about all parts of the process, and everything went quickly and smoothly as these things can.

Paul and George took over from our HA nominated estate agent (it was a shared ownership sale) and after 2 weeks with ace marketing and plenty of viewings we had a buyer. Their local knowledge really paid off. Communication was prompt and nothing was a bother for them throughout the sale process. 1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)WARNING TO TENANTS: Know your legal rights!<br><br>Be incredibly careful if you are ending a tenancy through this agency. They are currently giving out incorrect legal advice and misapplying the Renters’ Rights Act 2026 to the financial detriment of tenants.<br><br>Staff members are claiming that the new law retroactively forces a two-month notice period on everyone. This is legally wrong. Under the Act's official transitional rules, pre-existing contracts signed before May 2026 that allow a shorter (one-month) tenant notice period remain completely valid.<br><br>By misrepresenting the law, this agency tried to trap me into double-paying rent. Check your original tenancy agreement, protect yourself, and do not let them bully you into extra payments. I have had to escalate this formally to their Managing Director and will be taking it to the Property Ombudsman if it is not resolved immediately.- 22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)From start to finish of the selling process they were Amazing. Always reachable by WhatsApp, text and email. I’m so glad we put our house sale in their capable hands.<br>They were very professional but also so friendly and approachable.<br>Despite numerous problems along the way , the always sorted everything and soothed our nerves .<br>I would thoroughly recommend them to buyers and sellers.
