They were very professional and patient towards my questions and made me feel at ease with making decisions. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone.

I honestly feel very thankful for having lion wolf estate agents to sale my property as I do not believe any other agent would be able to deal with is so patiently as Diamond did. 7th Oct 2017 (8 years ago)Steer clear of this company if you actually want your accounts done properly. They messed up my payslips and failed to do VAT returns properly - communication is also poor and they have no online accounting service (like QuickBooks) for you to view your accounts or any of the book-keeping. Half of the time they do not know what they are doing and I found myself having to chase them up for any and everything!

18th Dec 2025 (20 weeks ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
