11th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)I hadn't experienced the buying and selling market for a number of years, so to enter with an established firm I knew and trusted was essential. From the initial consultation to trying to sell, they were always responsive and helpful. As the chain (although short) started to become slow and non-responsive, they still tried to do all they could. I would particularly like to single out Terri for her attention to detail and empathy when dealing with the sale of my departed parents property. She really worked over and above to make it happen. Thank you.

30th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish.<br><br>I wanted to view a probate property and my viewing was delayed by nine days, despite my repeated requests. Throughout the process I felt that unnecessary hurdles were constantly put in my way, and the property was eventually sold for less than I was prepared to pay. Because of the way everything was handled, I have asked the Property Ombudsman to investigate my concerns.<br><br>To make matters worse, after spending the morning returning missed calls from various estate agents about other properties, I noticed I had also missed a call from this office. When I rang back, the person who answered was rude and abruptly hung up on me.<br><br>Good customer service costs nothing, and there is simply no excuse for treating potential buyers in this way. My experience has left me with no confidence in this company, and I would not recommend them.

Everyone has been friendly, approachable and genuinely easy to deal with.<br><br>It’s lovely to be able to ring the office and speak to someone who knows who you are, rather than being passed from department to department. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, it’s always been dealt with quickly and professionally.<br><br>A special thank you to Luke and the whole team for always being so helpful. It’s refreshing to receive such personal service, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent.
