1st Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Just finished our tenancy agreement after 2 years 3 months. The whole Preferential team have been fantastic but specially Emma K since I dealt with her from day one till the end of the tenancy, she is brilliant. to be fair they always fixed any fault in the property pretty quickly so thanks to Victoria for this. I did not deal much with the director Simon but he did some adjustments to my contract to be able to give the month notice from the day I exchanged contracts of the property I purchased so thanks for this. From our side we have kept the property always clean and taken care of it as if it was ours. I recommend Preferential.

27th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)Terrible to deal with. Poor communication and very questionable practices of gazumping, asking for unofficial deposits & contract races - totally unethical. I found them to be very obnoxious and demeaning to the point where I just gave up trying to purchase through them. Nobody wants to do business under these circumstances and I really feel for the inexperienced graduates that they employ as it's a poor example of professionalism to pass on to the next generation.
