The lettings team did a fantastic job in finding us new tenants after our previous occupant gave notice. Morgan was fantastic and arranged block viewings very quickly and agreed a brilliant deal for us in no time at all. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morgan and the rest of the team to anyone in need of their services. Sharon was also incredibly helpful and happy to talk us through the process whenever we had questions. 10/10, thank you team Stratford

Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to address all of our concerns and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We really appreciated his clear communication and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing a party wall surveyor.

20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent

Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.

Jordan and the team go out of their way to ensure they are marketing your home in the best way possible. The communication from the team was excellent throughout the process and the advice and reassurance we received (including on our purchase, which was not part of the deal for Hawthorn's!) was outstanding. They really care...about what they do, the customer and providing a gold standard service. If you're looking for a safe and trustworthy pair of hands for your property, you've found it in Hawthorn & Co. Thanks to all in the team for making our move a relatively stress free affair!
