The market information, knowledge, and advice I was given was really clear and understandable. 14th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.
3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

26th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)In a difficult market Richard and team did a brilliant job. Great communication from start to finish. We loved the cards that house viewers filled in to give instant feedback when they looked around. Mark Revill were ambitious but realistic. I will use them again.
4th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.- 20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Great experience during our recent house purchase in Southwater. The service I received from start to finish was exceptional, and the whole team was professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>A special mention must go to Jo Woodrow, who was absolutely brilliant. Jo went above and beyond at every stage, keeping me informed, answering any questions promptly, and making what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Her professionalism, dedication, and friendly approach were outstanding and truly made all the difference.<br><br>Thank you to Jo and everyone at Jackson Stops Chichester for providing such a first-class service. 17th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.

Their Haywards Heath team mainly Ceira Whittaker and Zoe Simpson who dealt with myself were always attentive and respectful, showing a level of professionalism that was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. Our sale was not without problems and they went the extra mile to help solve these problems. Aaron, in particular deserves a mention, he monitored the sale daily and kept an eye on the progress and any problems that arose, so he was on them immediately.
