Problems do arise from time to time, and I can rely upon Chloe and team for support when I call upon them. We were informed immediately if there were any problems at the property and were guided through sorting them out The staff always answered the phone promptly and politely - I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them
5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

Oli and Megan delivered on everything as promised and provided an excellent standard of service! Thank you to you both for all the hard work with each of our sales! The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond to my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local property market was excellent, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent, or let a property in the Bradford area.

Go to their office and enquirer for yourself ????????????????

I wouldn’t have even viewed the apartment I ended up buying if she hadn’t taken the time to really listen to what I was looking for and suggest it. It turned out to be exactly the right place for me. I particularly appreciated her kindness, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. She was always helpful, kept things moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Her recommendations for solicitors and mortgage brokers were excellent, and everything worked together remarkably well as a result. Thank you, Jess, for all your support and guidance. Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!
