22nd Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I personally have not dealt with this company but my family member has.<br>He paid £2300 for a deposit and after "repairs" they say he owes them money, the repairs came to around £1500, (£750 on painting & decorating....that WE would of done had he had permission to paint, our family has decorating qualifications, its a family trait) so HOW does my family member OWE YOU money?<br>All the repairs he reported never got fixed, and now he's getting charged for them, worst estate agent going, stay away from them.<br>They've caused my family member an unbelievable amount of stress.<br>They also take weeks to reply to anything you email about.<br>They're all nice to you until they've got your deposit and monthly rent and then they're not!!<br>Steer well clear!!

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Very thankful and pleased with the team in Flitwick, Initially we was searching in Luton and Daniel reached out to see if we was interested in expanding our search area and if I fancied popping in to speak to the mortgage adviser. The planets aligned for us on this as the adviser Johnathan filled me with much more confidence than the other companies and after explaining our criteria they pulled up the ideal property!! The whole process was pretty easy for us as first time buyers and we was guided very well through the journey. Not at any point did we feel pressured into any decisions. From start to finish, Jack O’Malley was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.<br>He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made sure to highlight all the key features of the property that matched my needs. 10th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.
