The whole team were professional, friendly and helpful throughout, with excellent communication at every stage. We were always kept updated, which made the whole process feel straightforward and as stress-free as possible. The marketing of the property was also excellent. The photographs were high quality and really captured the property at its best. A special mention to Sarah Hill, who was my designated agent throughout the process. Sarah was fantastic — knowledgeable, supportive and reassuring, and always available whenever I had a question or needed help. Her guidance and attention to detail made a real difference, and I always felt I was in safe hands. I would definitely recommend Peter Heron to anyone looking to sell their property, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Stuart has been amazing ?????? keeping me informed and advising what we need to do etc and Dawn well let's just say she is fantastic explained in fine detail what we needed to do along the way as we haven't bought a home or sold one in 31 years .. 18th May 2023 (3 years ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

As a full time carer at the other end of the country, I couldn't make it up even once but they handled everything for me. From getting the keys back from my exiting tenants to having the cash in my bank took less than 3 months, which must approach a record? Gina Brown - Branch Manager and my handler - gave perfect personalised attention. I'd never sold before so needed a bit of hand holding, and she was always kind and available. Have no hesitation in recommending them.

His knowledge of the house and seller was impressive, and he was able to answer my questions upfront, rather than requiring follow-ups as I had often experienced with other agencies.<br>He was welcoming, engaging and genuinely reassuring throughout the viewing, with a great sense of humour that made me feel at ease and brought a few laughs along the way.
