22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Do not use this these estate agents. I had a tenant in my property that they rented out for me. They didn’t do their checks properly, they say they use a third-party for the checks so please be very carefull it cost me over £10,000 to evict the tenant and they still wanted to charge me the fee every month for looking after the property when the tenant wasn’t even paying. Not a professional company, use someone else.

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have used Finn in 2016 buying a property to let. Their service is great. I used them again in 2018 for selling a 16th century property that other agency could not find any buyers during the two years before 2018 but fantastic team at Finn managed to fid a buyer for that 10 bedroom property. In 2025, decided to sell my second home and Finn mamaged to find a buyer after 6 to 8 weeks and the sale was completed end of January 2026. Thank you Finn and your customer friendly staff.
11th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Quealy was amazing throughout the whole process. Although we didn't get a sale and we chose to take it of the market due to the market just not selling at the moment. Would definitely recommed Quealy.
29th Dec 2020 (5 years ago)Fine and Country we ok but I feel they could have been better........ The photos were taken in the winter but the house didn't get marked until June because of the pandemic. We felt that the external photographs did not show the house at its best, this was also commented on by a couple of viewings, therefore we discussed this with Fine and Country - their response was "well you approved the photos" . In light of this and having a limited viewings I took it upon myself to take my own photographys with my iPad which I emailed to Fine and Country and requested the pictures to be swapped.

8th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)We have now been with County Property Management for over a decade and are extremely pleased with their friendly assistance, advice and help with the caring of our property. We have now purchased another property and again County has helped in having the property beautifully rehabilitated with good advice at a reasonable cost. Now only one week after completion it is already rented. We have nothing but praise for Countys' good advice and help over the years

18th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)My sale went very smoothly. The initial valuation from Simon proved very accurate and I and others loved the video tour. Chloe in particular was very good with potential purchasers.

11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Rafferty and Picards enough. Their video of our house showed it at it’s best. The advice that Paul and John gave us on the way was invaluable. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.
