If they can’t be bothered to return a simple enquiry, it speaks volumes about how this branch operates and suggests a lack of professionalism across the company as a whole. Poor service all around

24th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Disgraceful staff member called Ash, extremely rude and evasive when speaking to. One of the slimiest worst estate agents there is, thinks he knows better than anyone else and is arrogant, massively toxic and reeks of bad practises. Would avoid as far as you can from Ash, he can’t even answer basic questions without being flummoxed at the simplest question. Also tries to conceal the truth on numerous occasions, but gets there if you press hard enough looool

Communication was easy, and any issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. We truly appreciated their kindness and reliability over the years. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring landlord.
19th May 2022 (3 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)We had a very positive experience with Brian Cox. Communication was excellent throughout, always easy to get hold of and quick to follow up. Rachel was instrumental in keeping the transaction moving when progress slowed with the seller’s solicitor. Her proactive approach made a real difference. Daniel also stepped in seamlessly to cover while Rachel was on leave, which we really appreciated. Paul handled negotiations professionally and helped both sides reach a fair outcome. Overall, a reliable and proactive team. Would definitely recommend.

We are particularly indebted to Jeremy, who as part of this small family business was relentless in keeping us up to date, with encouraging remarks and professional advice. No other agent comes close to the friendly and efficient service. Brian and Mary
29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)Saj and the rest of his team are con artists, absolutely disrespectful, rude and dishonest. He lied about the amenities in the newly built apartment we were renting, costing us time and money to fix the issues. We could not work from home for 3 months bc we couldn’t have WiFi over the 2 floors of the apartment. They would come for inspection and walk around in their shoes talking to us like we are some peasants, patronising us with every little thing and harassing us via emails. When we moved out they kept our deposit for “cleaning services” despite the flat being cleaned by us and didn’t provide any original receipts but their own made up invoice costing us 2/3 of our deposit and gave us back the remaining of it a whole year later. Overall our losses came to about £3k for renting a 4 bedroom apartment for only 14 months from them. Just a disgrace and you can see they are lying in your face openly and do not feel any guilt. Everyone who we dealt with was either ignorant, lying or rude especially Nicky and Saj.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!
5th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)My experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. From the start, communication was almost impossible — we called and sent several messages for over a week before anyone responded. When someone finally did, they were rude and even hung up on us. Despite that, we gave them another chance and eventually managed to view a property we were genuinely interested in. Throughout the process, there was no accountability, no apology for the poor communication, and very little professionalism. After making an offer, we were told the landlord needed tenants to move in within a week, which was completely unrealistic. We waited days for updates, only to be told later that we should continue our search elsewhere. This entire process wasted two weeks of our time and left us feeling disrespected and frustrated. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, professionalism, and respect for clients.

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We’ve just sold a 3 bed penthouse at 500 Chiswick Road. Lewin initially got us hooked in with proactive advice, which got us listing with KF exclusively. Fabienne took over and partnered with us for almost 18 months. Without her help, the sale wouldn’t have happened. Fabienne is a rare find and the whole package: if you were to list your ideal agent, you’d find Fabienne ticks all the boxes. Having spent yrs headhunting talent, I can assert with confidence that she’s got it. Values, humour (and did we need it!), she’s indefatigable, with razor sharp intelligence, she’s thorough, responsible for forging through sizeable roadblocks…I could go on forever. If we ever sell our family home, it wouldn’t occur to us to look elsewhere. In a congested market, she’s head and shoulders above the rest I've ever met.

I highly recommend them to everyone in NW London who is thinking of selling. They don’t over value to get your business, and Geoffrey’s extensive knowledge of the local market had proven invaluable.

From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and highly knowledgeable about the market and the area. Richard gave clear guidance on pricing and communication was consistent and reassuring throughout the process—I was always kept up to date, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me and I’m glad they were, what stood out to me was how they managed the entire process with a calm confidence during and after completion. As I am grateful Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richard Dangoor to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. A genuinely reliable and good service.
