18th Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)If someone from HO, customer service or even the CEO of Cooper & Tanner decide to call me personally to explain, you are very welcome. After 9 months dealing with your firm, 2 failed sales, a 3rd underway they may wish to understand my concerns and frustrations, particularly as I've had cause for numerous complaints during this time. I should have been able to give 4 - 5 stars, but the communication, performance and management of your Warminster branch has and continues to fall well below my expectations. Ref: JF_30BA12
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)We found Charlotte and her team absolutely brilliant. Totally professional. We are moving to WIltshire from out of area and this adds to the already difficult process of viewing potential houses. However, Charlotte and Olivia went totally out of their way to help us, even coming in on a day off to enable a viewing. Charlotte never had her phone off!! Although we never purchased through Paxtons, I would absolutely not hesitate to either purchase or sell through them. Thank you all very much. Shane and Suzie.
1st May 2026 (8 days ago)Christina and Sally were fantastic throughout our move. They were always available for advice and help. What was really great though, was they keeping us informed whilst proactively chasing up our sizeable chain which had some very slow moving and non-communicative parties so knowing that Christina and Sally were keeping tabs on everything and actively trying to move us forwards was as great relief and definitely kept us sane. Trustworthy and helpful, would definitely recommend

21st Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)This is a top quality estate agents (very helpful particularly jill etc) helped me with a house purchase and are fair and honest unlike most estate agents. They even allowed my dog to come into the office once.

The team was professional, helpful, and very quick with their responses, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special thanks to Ali, who was incredibly supportive, responsive, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled efficiently. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend them

18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I am extremely disappointed with Taylors. They seem to be waiting for things to happen rather than taking action, and we constantly have to chase them to do their job. If I had my buyer's solicitor's contact information, I could handle this myself. This has been a nightmare—the deal is nearly collapsing. I will never use this agency again.

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Awful Estate Agents made a sale more stressful never kept us updated , did not carry out their promised, often gave wrong information, would not check rest of chain - in the end we spoke to Charters (who we purchased through) who we great - updated us weekly - Sold our property in January 2024 and finally moving today

They have kept an eye on the place since it has been empty and honestly they couldn't have been more helpful. I really would recommend them. Quite honestly, they are the full package and their friendly staff are second to none.

29th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)I worked with Paul Appleby and he handled the viewings etc all himself, I was concerned as i was relocating from Wiltshire back to Cornwall after a death in the family and was moving to Cornwall prior to the sale of my house in Wiltshire. This time was already stressful enough however Paul checked in on the house even after we had an offer and kept me informed along the way. This was more like dealing with a family member that I had known years than someone I had only met recently. The whole transaction has been smooth and I am due to complete next week, just over 9 weeks from offer.
