23rd Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Alice and Sarah supported us through our moving process, which was a longer time period than usual due to work on the property being done. Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

He suggested I contacted James Merrifield at there Oxford branch to discuss my options. I felt very confident with the advise he gave me on the sale process so I instructed him to proceed. like all good sales things did not go as planed, but James was with me 100% of the way sorting all the obstacles to achieve the sale. A big thank you for your help James and the professional service you provided. I would highly recommend Thomas Merrifield.

21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your agency. Yesterday, I submitted several enquiries through the portal in order to arrange a viewing for one of your listed properties. I received no response whatsoever to any of my requests. Suddenly this morning the property has been removed from the portal. I would kindly ask that, in future, basic courtesy be extended to prospective tenants or buyers who have taken the time to reach out. A simple acknowledgement or notification that a property is no longer available would be greatly appreciated, and is the least one would expect from a professional agency. I hope this feedback is taken on board.

From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and reliable. A special mention must go to my property manager, Emily, who was particularly exceptional. She was always approachable, responsive, and proactive in dealing with any queries or issues that arose. Her communication was clear and timely, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They have been extremely professional, great communication and understanding that my mum is elderly and being very patient with her. 21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Selling our parents' home with Forum was an excellent decision. We hoped we would have a supportive estate agent and we were not disappointed. From the first meeting Martin was enthusiastic about selling the property, shared very useful advice, understood the sensitivity required following a recent bereavement and was indeed very supportive. The photographs presented the house and garden beautifully and we were very happy with the brochures. He provided feedback following the viewings which we took on board and it was this advice, that I believe, clinched the deal. Working with Martin motivated me to keep moving forward and change things within the house to appeal to a wider audience. Communication via WhatsApp ensured we knew when viewings would be happening, and speaking on the phone was also really important, to share information and ideas. I also spoke with Ashley a couple of times which I found very helpful. Martin's enthusiasm and positivity about the house and it's potential ensured the perfect family bought the property and we are delighted with how it has all worked out. Thank you.

My sale was lengthy and stressful due to a collapsed chain but dealt with swiftly and compasionately and with a new buyer in place quickly. The best thing about dealing with this firm is the staff. I nearly always dealt Amy who could not have been more on the ball, knowledgable, helpful and kind. She always went the extra mile to provide a good service. Well done to all of them for their hard work and professionalism

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.
