30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Evie and Chiara made the very stressful experience of having to move house incredibly smooth and easy, from the viewing with Evie right through to getting the keys. They were flexible, understanding and went out of their way to enable me to bring forward the move in date as I needed due to my circumstances. Chiara even checked in on us long after we’d move to ensure we were happy. Thank you to both.
13th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)I will give 0 star if it was available. Leaders behaviour towards deposit refund is laced with all kind of negative experience, from untrustworthy to unreliable and then to lies and unethical practices. I have been following up for almost 4 months now for my deposit and it’s met with too many back and forth. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long to refund a deposit after how many months of leaving the property. The worst case scenario is the audacity to archive the Tenancy Deposit portal and update this payment has been made whereas they are yet to make this payment. This is a very poor practice and unfortunately I have lost all trust with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents. I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with Leaders as they will be frustrated when it comes with customer service satisfaction and their dealings with financial transactions as they have no business integrity or whatsoever. This is still an ongoing issue with Leaders Letting and Estate Agents as they are yet to refund my Deposit.

7th May 2026 (2 days ago)unfortunately my experience with this agency has been consistently disappointing. Many of the properties they advertise look great and are reasonably priced, which is why I kept applying and contacting them repeatedly. However, despite numerous enquiries, I have never once been offered a viewing. The process is always the same: you call about a property, they ask you to complete an application form, you send all your information, and then you receive an automatic email saying someone will contact you shortly. But nobody ever does. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication. Other agencies usually contact applicants to explain whether viewings are available, whether the property already has too many applicants, or whether the application was unsuccessful. This agency simply ignores people after they submit their details. I even contacted them multiple times to ask for clarification, and each time I received the same scripted responses such as “we cannot offer viewings to everyone.” I understand that perfectly. The issue is not rejection — the issue is the lack of professionalism and communication. For context, I have a good rental history, and I currently rent a property that actually costs more than many of the properties I applied for through this agency. I am financially able to afford the rent, so the complete lack of response is difficult to understand. I also know several local friends (families) who tried to rent through this agency and had similarly negative experiences. They described the agency as completely unhelpful and said the process caused them a huge amount of unnecessary stress.If applicants are told someone will contact them, then they should receive an update, even if the answer is no. People are left waiting with no information at all. I also found the staff quite dismissive and unhelpful during phone conversations. Communication felt rushed and unfriendly rather than supportive. I genuinely feel this agency needs to improve its customer service, transparency, and communication with applicants. A simple update or honest explanation would save people a lot of time and stress but they usually say:”We have no time for that”!!!Actually it’s part of your job!

The team was professional, approachable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Their communication was clear and timely, keeping me updated every step of the way. They demonstrated great knowledge of the local market and handled everything efficiently, making the experience smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent!

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Do not rent from Davidsons. I lived in a property they managed for 5.5 years and returned it in very good condition, allowing for fair wear and tear. One of their agents even texted me how well I’d looked after the property. Despite this, they attempted to deduct £195 from my deposit for issues that were not mentioned in my checkout report and also that I had previously reported to the landlord as a maintenance issue. For transparency, I did accept to pay for one issue that was raised. When I queried this with Andrew Love, I was told to raise a dispute with the Deposit Protection Service rather than being willing to discuss it. Luckily I was able to prove that I had left the property as clean as when I moved in and DPS found that I was no liable to pay for a few things they had claimed for and that I should only pay 40% of the cleaning fee. I received the majority of the proposed deduction back. During my tenancy, I was wrongly told that I had missed a rent payment (luckily I could prove that I had paid). I found that communication to resolve this with the team was difficult. I called multiple times and was promised a callback each time that I never received. Eventually I mentioned to get through via email. Overall, the checkout process felt unnecessarily disappointing after a long tenancy. Based on my experience, I would recommend that future tenants document everything carefully and compare check-in and check-out reports before accepting any deductions.

I would like to reccomend Ian to any one looking to get on the property ladder as he has been through an through amazing! the whole process was explained well, we felt very at easy knowing what is happening at every step. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. We are very grateful. Many thanks .- 18th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)I honestly cannot rate Korron, Daniella & Neela highly enough. I had previously worked with a different estate agents and gave up with them. So I decided to sell my home through Dixons (as I initially purchased that same property through them). I was a little concerned to begin with as it was one of the more expensive quotes but looking back at the journey, it was money well spent! They were always so lovely when I called or was concerned around something. I was out of the country for a couple of weeks at one point and said I would be out of contact until X date and they called me without prompting when I got back to give me an update and let me know how everything went. It was a great experience as they owned pretty much everything in the journey so I could get on with other things in my life! Thank you all again!

Very professional from first to last, with realistically priced marketing, and an approachable, enthusiastic team who leapt into action when our first sale unexpectedly fell through, so that no time was lost in finding a new buyer. 30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)The three sales agents seemed very nice and friendly and listened to our comments and feedback on the brochure creation etc. We were pleased to get a lot of interest in our property from the advertising and a lot of viewings were arranged through our agency. Each viewer was accompanied by one of the agents and our house was treated respectfully. We were delighted to receive an offer of the asking price in just one week. Their standard forms were out of date with quotations for EPC pricing etc. Their standard details of the immediate area were also considerably out of date - a Farm shop was mentioned that had closed five years ago!

Danny and Lillie were extremely helpful during this difficult time and kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. I had used Crabb Curtis in 2018 when I sold my own house and that is why I chose them again.

Jason kept me in the loop with absolutely everything, and the process from start to finish has been amazing. I cannot recommend him enough. I originally purchased the house from him and re-sold with him. Fantastic service.
