23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Unbelievably stupid and desperate. I moved a year ago and fortunately used the Property Centre who were amazing . RA Bennett ring me every week to check if I still want to move house ( I told them I’d moved last March ) - sometimes every day. Just leave me alone !

From my initial viewing with Teri, who then kept me informed advising me I had got the property. To Abbie emailing me the tenancy paperwork and final James completing the handover of the keys. Brilliant team to work with.

23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Initially, they seem very professional and talk a lot about 'strategy' to gain your trust. However, that's just a facade. As soon as the first offer came in (within the first few weeks), the pressure started. They completely ignored our previously agreed price and tried to convince me that my house wasn't actually worth that much, warning me that I might not get another offer. It felt like they weren't working for me, but against me, just to close the deal as quickly as possible. When I voiced my concerns, I was told I 'should be happy' to sell so fast—even though I was in no rush and simply wanted a fair price. On top of that, I had to fill out all the property details myself. They provide an app and expect you to do their job for them. It makes me wonder what they actually take their commission for. If you want an agent who actually fights for your interest and doesn't just push for a quick sale, look elsewhere.- 27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Jordan and Caroline were great from start to finish when purchasing my first home, from viewings to completion. Nothing was to much trouble and always kept in contact.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We had a great experience both selling our house and purchasing our new home via Oulsnam (especially when interacting with both Sarah and Claire). They were very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, responsive to emails and good at communicating with solicitors/mortgage advisers, buyers and vendors as needed. They managed to sell our house very quickly, as well as a second time when it initially fell through; and also making us aware of houses which might be suitable for purchase which were about to come on to market. Would definitely recommend!

Kat initially took us on some viewings which resulted in us making an offer. She was friendly, welcoming, and informative. Debbie was also very helpful during negotiations and later down the line to help get the purchase to completion.

They kept me updated the whole time and managed to sort me out with a place to live within a month. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly — big thanks to the team for actually getting things done. Would definitely recommend.
