23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Landlord came to the property with a guy to measure the windows let himself in the garden and stood there watching me through the patio doors which scared me to death. After about 10 mins he introduced himself and was laughing at me for being so scared. He then said “oh I thought you would be at work” so if I had been at work he would have let himself in. The boiler broke in Nov and we were left without heating and hot water for 10 days with a small child as the landlord didn’t trust the engineer that Carla sent out on the same day. Unscrupulous landlord tried to take all the deposit even though the house was cleaner than when we moved in.
19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Redwoods highly enough after they sold my property in Halifax. From start to finish the whole experience was outstanding. Their communication was excellent they kept me fully in the loop with regular updates and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process so I always knew exactly where things stood. They were genuinely proactive, anticipating issues and keeping everything moving smoothly without me having to chase.<br>What impressed me just as much is how well they look after my rental portfolio. As a landlord, I really value the care they show both me and my tenants. They handle everything professionally and thoughtfully, which gives me complete peace of mind.<br>If you’re selling a property in Halifax or need a reliable team to manage your rentals, Redwoods are the ones to go to. Outstanding service all round.

She has even offered us contacts with needed contractors and services throughout the process making this easier for us and the sellers alike. Their persistence, chasing everyone involved, made all the difference.<br><br>They were also incredibly flexible in allowing us to view the property when needed, and their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Rachel and Georgie and Caroline, who truly went above and beyond for us. Within two days I received an offer of the full asking price. They worked together with my solicitor to ensure the sale went through smoothly without any hitches. He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful.
