24th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We approached Kemp and Co to buy a property and after a discussion with Peter we were very happy to also put the Sale of our current property through them. The service was fantastic from all the team from Start to finish - Christine showed us round our new home and was knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know she fed back to the office who contacted us promptly. Peter who explained the selling process and also took wonderful photos and described our current home brilliantly, Daniel who arranged and sorted our EPC as well as completing a viewing. And finally Mark the office manager always on hand for queries and some hand holding. This was the first sale and purchase at the same time for ourselves so we were quite nervous and unsure about the process and we’re incredibly grateful for all the help the team at Kemp & Co provided. Being a local family business, the personal touch really does go a long way and knowing the areas we moved from and too I believe was a huge benefit of general market oversight. Thank you again! The service has been fabulous from start to finish. The previous agent was disinterested and dismissive from the off . Use William H Brown !

Chloe and Grace were absolutely lovely to deal with – they were friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and were always on hand to answer any questions, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Their reassurance and excellent communication gave me complete confidence throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon Blyth, especially Chloe and Grace, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

Within two days I received an offer of the full asking price. They worked together with my solicitor to ensure the sale went through smoothly without any hitches. All the staff were friendly and super helpful, I definitely recommend Ingleby Homes to anyone who is looking to sell their property,

As a firm they don’t simply rely on RightMove, but instead Monroe offer a wealth of potential buyers who they take the time to match with the right property. Communication has been excellent, with good commercial and supportive advice always available. Monroe took time to learn about our house and delivered continuity with both viewings and feedback. Once we had agreed a sale Monroe’s sales progression coordinator ensured that all solicitors in our chain were kept in the loop and that potential delays were unblocked by exceptional communication skills. Having used a number of estate agents over the years we have never had such an excellent service and enjoyable experience as we have with the team at Monroe. 26th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
