23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)AI’d their photos on a house listing in Ackworth. The listing photo’s looked presentable, however when we viewed the photos were an absolute hellhole. Paul at the agency even admitted they do ‘enhance’ the photos. Don’t waste your time.
9th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)After nearly two years on the selling journey, which began in April 2024, we have finally completed the sale of our property through the team at Bramleys Estate Agents on Victoria Road, Elland. It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. 2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Aidan was responsive, friendly, and non-pushy or sales-y in his approach to potentially selling our house off-market, giving bespoke and realistic advice drawing on his real knowledge of the local area. He quickly created an excellent teaser video to provide to potential buyers in his existing network which showed off the house very well. Our sale did not proceed but I would not hesitate to recommend him based on our experience.
