Any problem any question he was there on the other end of the phone doing his best to sort it for us, he kept things straight and got us to this point. I must of rang more times than I can count and each time he delivered an outstanding service.<br><br>Thank you Zack and hunters we are one happy family :)
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)The estate agents at the Birkenshaw branch were fantastic during the purchase of our first home. Rebecca looked after us and was brilliant at communicating, chasing solicitors and giving us frequent updates. We were on a tight timescale due to expecting a baby and were able to complete within 9 weeks, thanks to their excellent support and recommendations! I would recommend Robert Watts to any other first time buyers and would definitely go to them again in the future.

17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)James the manager is exceptional, an absolute pleasure. He is most definitely an asset to Hunters and I hope they appreciate him. Efficient, professional, knowledgeable, his communication is on point and he gets things done. Do not hesitate if you are considering using Hunters, I would go as far as saying, he is the pull factor when it comes to this branch of Hunters. They are lucky to have him.- 27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)As a landlord, my wife and I decided that with the complications of new landlord tenancy acts coming into force perhaps now is the time to consider appointing an agent. Being wary, we decided to provide a single property with Wm H Brown. We met with their representative Ms Lily Telford. It would be an understatement to say that we were impressed with Lily’s ability knowledge energy and keenness to serve and to help us. Miss Telford did exactly what she promised us…..she let the Property at a good rental within 48 hours we were astonished. We then came into contact with other members of Lily Telford‘s team, each one of them a clone of her professionalism and keenness to help and to serve us. This has proven to be a very good move for us and I highly recommend any Property owner with a single or multiple Properties…..you will not find a better letting agent than Ms Lily Telford and her team at Wm H Brown.
24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I was in a difficult situation and all hopes were gone for getting a mortgage. Hanna found me one! She has been amazing throughout the whole experience. I never once hesitated to contact her and she would literally reply in minutes, despite the crazy number of questions she would receive! The whole process with Hanna at William H Brown has been fantastic. I'm still at the start of my search for a flat, but I think I'll end up getting something from this company... They have a lot on offer...- 26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)For clarity, I am an estate agent ... Josh has been helping me with some sale progression (we are involved in a long chain together). Every time I call, Josh has the answers (the agents below him lied, and thanks to Josh i was able to understand what was going on, and kept my vendors informed) ... The strange thing is that Josh is the Lettings Manager, so sales are not his remit - A man with many hats and a perfect role model for the industry !

They got hardly any feedback on nearly 20 viewings and were quite rude when discussing my property with me. Saxton Mee helped me at every stage holding my hand throughout the process . Their kindness and patience was amazing , Olivia sorted out great marketing and was always available for advice .We achieved a quick successful sale . I really could not recommend them enough .
