They remained involved from beginning to end, regularly chasing for updates and helping to make everything move more quickly and smoothly. Their communication and support made the experience much less stressful.<br><br>They also made completion feel extra special by giving me a lovely gift box, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout, and made a potentially stressful process surprisingly easy. All costs were clearly set out upfront, and every effort was made to progress the sale to conclusion as quickly as possible, The team kept me fully informed at all times, and the information and advice provided was timely and reliable. I can strongly recommend using this particular estate agent.

It has been tricky with some other agents to book viewing appointments but Hunters were able to fit us in on Saturdays which was very helpful. Once we agreed the tenancy Jasmine and Katie have both been very patient and happy to take any questions we had. Thanks to them.
5th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)While 1 solicitor seemed to be dragging their feet over settling on a moving date, in a small chain of 3, Louise at Redbrik was super at contacting them and keeping us updated almost every day during the last 3 weeks or so of the process. Redbrik are so professional and we never felt ignored. So pleased with their performance.

She is always polite, professional, and goes above and beyond to help, no matter what the situation. Most recently, we were looking to purchase another property, and Letara kindly arranged for a financial adviser to call me to discuss the options available. Her proactive approach, excellent communication, and willingness to help made the whole process so much easier. It’s rare to receive such consistently outstanding customer service. Letara is a real credit to the Bridlington branch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both her and Reeds Rains to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. Thank you for all your help Letara

I live 300 miles away and the staff at Bridlington have been kind, empathetic, and gone beyond a normal estate agents role. Excellent staff who are a credit to the company

The communication throughout was fantastic, with regular phone calls and messages keeping us updated and making it really easy to know exactly where we were at every stage of the purchase.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly efficient, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my purchase journey so far.<br><br>Jake submitted my very first offer on what will be my dream home, and he has gone above and beyond at every stage since. He even delayed his lunch break so I could get to the office with my paperwork, then helped with all the technical side of uploading the documents so everything could be processed quickly.<br><br>Communication has been outstanding. Jake has kept me fully informed about my vendor's house search and the progress of the rest of the chain, so I've always known where things stood. He also instructed my solicitors on my behalf, making the whole process much smoother and taking a lot of the stress away.<br><br>Whenever I've called or emailed, Jake has always responded promptly.<br><br>If you're buying or selling a property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake and the team at Mallinson & Co. Everyone did great work in promoting the property. But Millie stood out with her commitment to securing us potential clients. But most of all she helped me negotiate my way through the ups and downs of selling the property. She helped me manage the emotional rollercoaster by being eternally cheerful! And my goodness that is an essential quality. Enthusiasm makes everything seem possible and Millie has that in abundance.
