11th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Difficult to get hold of, often don’t answer phones or call back when they state they will. Missed viewing opportunities with properties and was unable measure up etc whilst waiting for the sale to complete due to no responses or follow up.
17th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)There seemed to be just Wednesdays and Saturdays for viewings. The agent did have a key so access wasn’t an issue. There also seemed to be some viewings done 10 days plus in advance. One or two I could have understood if someone was relocating but then cancellations would come in. There wasn’t any social media presence regarding my property dispute me being told there would be either. In today’s society I feel social media can be key in advertising

From Rachel Lindley doing the valuation with her enthusiasm expert knowledge of our area you just know when someone is the right fit and she was that person .prompt polite respectful of the property did everything she said she would. Then Jasmine was our negotiator. Very easy to work with very respectful and diplomatic to both parties buyer and seller again a good fit<br>For our needs. Last but not least Chris the manager always on had with a smile again polite smart enthusiastic very approachable . All these members of Reeds Rains went the extra mile for us and were sympathetic with us .<br>I would recommend them without hesitation.- 15th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I recently purchased a property through WHB in Morley and I couldn’t fault the service received from booking a viewing through to completion. All the team I dealt with through the process were super helpful and responsive. In particular Paige who was really helpful, and was always there to help and kept us up to date the progress of our purchase. It made the process of buying much less stressful. Would certainly recommend them if you’re looking to buy.

She stayed in constant contact and was always on hand to help with any questions I had, and she went the extra mile to make sure moving day went as smoothly as possible.<br><br>R&D may not be the cheapest around but I'd happily use them again knowing the level of service they provide.

The whole team was friendly, professional and always willing to help, making what can be a very stressful process much easier.<br><br>A special thank you to Braid Parsons, who went absolutely above and beyond for us. She kept on top of everything from start to finish, always kept us updated with excellent communication, and explained every step clearly so we always knew what was happening. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her dedication and support made a huge difference throughout the process.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend William H Brown to anyone buying or selling a home. 7th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We approached Whitakers on a valuation of interest to begin with, we met with them for an evaluation….,to our surprise we thought it was an excellent price, your house or property is only worth as much as some one is willing to pay!<br><br>Our house was pictured by Harry which was amazing, even we wanted to re buy our house ??????<br><br>It went on the market late Friday evening, we had 3 viewings Monday morning and they all offered the full asking price… amazing!<br><br>That was it, we were moving, Helen from the Anlaby office was amazing, as much as I pressured the solicitors she did also, it was a collective chase to get the best outcome, open and transparent through out.<br><br>It all literally went through within under 13 weeks, we have moved in, but without the support from Helen and her team including our valuation and. Richie this wouldn’t have happened.<br><br>Thank you Whitakers team, bloody amazing and well done!<br><br>Mel & Lou
7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

My calls were always promptly answered in a polite, professional manner; when it came to viewing properties, Belvoir made that process easy and straightforward. I am highly satisfied with the property I eventually chose with Belvoir. Everything about their business proposition has been clear; along with being friendly, helpful and professional. Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

As a buyer, I had an excellent experience with them from the very first viewing right through to completion.<br><br>The entire process was handled in a very professional, friendly and efficient manner. From the initial viewing, the team were welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful, and they made the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication throughout the purchase was excellent, and I always felt that I could rely on them whenever I had a question or needed an update.<br><br>What really stood out was how supportive and professional the team remained throughout the whole process, especially as the purchase progressed towards exchange and completion. They kept things moving, communicated clearly and were always approachable and helpful.<br><br>Buying a home can be a very stressful experience, but DPSH made the process much easier and more reassuring. - 9th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I have recently moved house and it was a difficult process with lots of issues that cropped up, however Tammy, Andrea, Rachel and Andy (Embrace FS) were all absolutely amazing. The whole team were the best.<br>They all went above and beyond to support us in our move.<br>The first sale fell through as our buyer pulled out the day before we were due to move. The whole team worked so hard to ensure that we felt supported and looked after us during this difficult time abd we sold the house again within 2 weeks.<br>We were kept informed as to how things were progressing and Rachel and Andrea chased solicitors across the chain to drag the sale over the finishing line.<br>They really were all brilliant, they listened to the crying, the ranting, the frustration and they supported not just us but our whole chain.<br>They were brilliant and I can't thank them enough.<br>I would highly recommend the team at Reeds Rains in Dinnington.

I moved up from London at short notice and Annie made what could have been a stressful process feel completely manageable. She was quick to respond, clear about every stage of the paperwork, and patient with my questions about the tenancy agreement and compliance documents. Everything I asked for was sent through promptly and explained properly, including the certificates and deposit details. Moving several hundred miles into a flat you have only seen briefly takes a certain amount of trust, and Annie earned it. Thank you for making the start of a new chapter in Northallerton so smooth.
