22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Don't list your property for sale with this company if you want potential buyers to be able to view it. I've tried repeatedly by email, phone message, website forms and rightmove messages to arrange a viewing of 2 properties but no one ever responds. I see someone else reviewing had a similar experience, so if I were a seller I would just not list with them as if buyers can't view then they don't offer. Why this is, I have no idea - but as a seller I'd certainly query why they don't respond to genuine buyer enquiries, particularly from those who are ready to offer.<br><br>In 25 years of buying and selling property I've never found an agency who appears to simply ignore my enquiry. I was ready to buy, yet they have ignored my enquiries.<br><br>Awful service for an agency.<br><br>As a note to the agency, before they attempt to say it was a technology glitch: I attempted contact via multiple methods over 7 days. 1) 4 Rightmove Enquiries 2) Website Form 3) Phone Message 4) Email to the Sales Director/Head of Sales.

The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were always quick to respond to my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local property market was excellent, and I felt supported every step of the way. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, rent, or let a property in the Bradford area.

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)My husband and I had been looking for houses in Barnsley for months and dealt with many estate agents and we have to say Your Move was wonderful!<br><br>We worked with Charlotte and sometimes Olivia to book many viewings before we purchased and we finally put an offer on a house they hosted— Charlotte was the one who helped us and she was always friendly kind, understanding, kept us consistently updated, helped us with any queries and more importantly helped us chase solicitors!<br><br>I honestly cannot recommend Your Move more highly. The properties they host are good and working with Charlotte especially was a treat. If you’re going to purchase or even sell your property, I recommend going through them! Thank you again Charlotte for helping us get our first home ??????

27th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Ed has been fantastic throughout the whole mortgage process. Even after my mortgage was approved, he continued to check in regularly and made sure everything was progressing smoothly. About a month later, when rates dropped, he proactively secured me a better mortgage rate, reducing it from 5% to 4.29%, saving me around £70 a month. I couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for his clients. Thank you, Ed, for all your help and support!- 18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Reeds Rains is the easiest way to get accommodation in this difficult time why am I saying that I was in desperate condition looking for a place to live and I entered Reeds Rains office in Wakefield city center and they were so lovely excellent service experienced especially Samantha Russell the renting manager did a marvelous job by helping me with all the applications and everything involved in order for me to get the accommodation and I said bless you xx I surely recommend Reeds Rains for you. Go to their office and enquirer for yourself ????????????????

The service provided was amazing and the added package of solicitors included really worked well for us. The photographer who came did a great job with the photos! Would 100% recommend the team at crystal peaks.

I wouldn’t have even viewed the apartment I ended up buying if she hadn’t taken the time to really listen to what I was looking for and suggest it. It turned out to be exactly the right place for me. I particularly appreciated her kindness, responsiveness and communication throughout the process. She was always helpful, kept things moving smoothly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Her recommendations for solicitors and mortgage brokers were excellent, and everything worked together remarkably well as a result. Thank you, Jess, for all your support and guidance. Megan my main contact answered emails immediately, picked up the phone to my every call (there were many), she chased conveyancers throughout the chain, supported us through frustrations and even arranged the meter readings when they were due. Megan was so lovely and kind while maintaining her professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough. Also a shout out to the rest of the team who did the viewings, took meter readings, turned down the heating after a cold spell and generally kept an eye on an empty property.

7th May 2024 (2 years ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

What really stood out to us is that Harvey is a man of his word. If he says he’ll call you back, he does at exactly the time he promises. That level of reliability is rare and incredibly appreciated. He consistently goes out of his way to support us in our search, always making us feel like a priority. We especially value his honesty. If he’s unsure about something, he’ll say so then take the time to find the correct information and come back to us. There’s no guesswork, no hard sales tactics, and absolutely no “flip flop” answers just straightforward, trustworthy advice. The York branch is very lucky to have him. Our only wish is that we could have Harvey as our agent across all Reeds Rains branches instead of having to change agents!

She kept us updated every step of the way and nothing was too much effort for her.
