This is the second time in 2 years I’ve used Dacres. They know the area, their valuations are spot on, photos are the best I’ve seen and the team at Bingley are very good. I sold both houses very quickly. I’d like to give a special mention to Cath Bradbury. My first sale was complex and she handled it so well. She knew exactly where all parties were at, who owed what in terms of paperwork and she went through the financials of parties in a lot of detail. She was just brilliant. I’ve dealt with Cath again this time and she’s just a lovely personable lady to deal with. She keeps you up to speed and it’s the one part of moving where I haven’t felt any stress. Put an offer in for a house but it was declined .Dacre Son and Hartley could not show me the property again until one week later by that time the property had been sold just hours before my 2nd viewing with family. Found some of the staff quite arrogant apart from Margaret who was very understandable as I am having to deal with probate at the same time.... Read more

I personally would not use this agent again. Once the house is sold it's goodbye tou never hear another word from them they don't return calls. The sale is not complete when someone says "yes we want this property " but at that point it like these agents have disappeared theres no hand holding.... Read more

From the first phone call to arrange a valuation all the way through to completion everything was handled efficiently and most importantly with no dramas. The house was valued within 2 days of contact and listed online 2 days later and then once sold the process was almost effortless. If Cath called or emailed I knew it was go forward news and not just keeping me updated news and I appreciated that. If you are in the area I highly recommend the whole team at the Bingley Branch.... Just wanted to say how disappointing the letting side of the business was in my experience. Only doing viewings for one day with the best applicant chosen after that day. In my view not the best way to get the best tenant for the property. More the quickest way to get the first rent payment in. Covid is not an excuse either, this is a time businesses have to make more effort and take there time to do it safely. Very Poor outfit, i won't be using this company for any of my properties....
