Words can’t even describe how amazing Bairstow Eves Cannock are! We have had one hell of a house journey, through no fault of them but they have kept me level headed throughout. It’s been a rollercoaster and Kerry and Millie in particular have been fairy god mothers! Their knowledge and advice is next level and the support and communication was beyond phenomenal! I can’t recommend them all enough! A massive thank you! Friendly, professional, and can’t do enough for you! Simply the best!

?????<br>Overall, we had a very positive experience and are happy with the service we received throughout our house purchase.<br>A special thank you to Preetkamal Johal, who was incredibly helpful at the beginning of the process. She arranged our viewings efficiently, communicated clearly and made everything straightforward from the start.<br>We would also like to thank Molly Simmonds for all her support throughout the transaction. She was patient, professional, responsive to our emails and kept us updated during what became quite a long and stressful process. Her reassurance and dedication were greatly appreciated.<br>The only downside was that it was often very difficult to reach the office by phone. There were days when we called repeatedly without getting through, although emails were answered much more promptly.<br>Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received and would like to thank the whole team for helping us through the process. We truly appreciate all your support and wish you all the best.

If I could give 6 stars I would. It has been a pleasure dealing with this team. From when Lesley came out and did the valuation, then i dealt with Jo, Emily and Mark in branch.<br><br>What a fantastic team. Everything from start to finish 16 weeks. We received weekly updates. Any help we needed they were there. Nothing was too much trouble. Really friendly team.<br><br>Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bairstoweves Kirkby to anyone.

From my first meeting with Jamie I knew I had made the right choice for the estate agent to sell my property. The whole team were excellent, they were all very friendly and professional, and they sold my house in record time.

The staff was always arranging viewings last minute and asking us to do the viewings twice on a late Saturday afternoon nas Sunday evening. There waa no mobile contact number to call easily. There was no extra effort to try amd sell the house beyond routine advertising. Once I withdrew the house from the market the manager who was calling me every daybto put the hous on the market did not even call or email me back personally. Just got a generic email from their parent company. Felt the whole approach was very impersonal.We know from other agents that our road is sought after and they get queries.. But Bairstowe did not seem to have much idea about what made our house and street an attractive prospect.

Chloe was amazing throughout my house purchase, especially as a first-time buyer. She consistently kept in touch with me, even while I was on holiday, and worked hard to chase the seller’s solicitors due to the property being sold through probate.
Chloe was always accommodating with my numerous visits to the property, including arranging access for my surveyors to carry out a Level 3 survey. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process, making my first-time buying experience a genuinely positive one. They even provided a first time buyers box as a welcome gift after I bought my property which was nice.
I would highly recommend Chloe’s services moving forward.

We couldn’t have asked for more from the great manager Claire and her team at the Folkestone branch of Bairstowe Eves Estate Agents. With their realistic valuation we received and accepted an offer in a matter of days. They were extremely attentive and made the process easy. We thoroughly recommend their conveyancing service.
