We are at final stages with our house purchase and Tina has been absolutely amazing. Having only had contact with her at the end of the purchase, we feel she has gone above and beyond to get everything across the line for us, when she didn’t even need to! I contacted Bairstoweve to sell my flat, they sent Mellisa out to talk everything through with me and my husband very promptly, Kellie also communicated very well with me throughout and I was given ample time to ask questions and explore the best options for me. Mellisa provided me with transparent fixed costs and gave me written confirmation of these and followed up via email which really gave me ease because from get go transparency is a key indicator if a good organisation. I looked to explore options with bairstoweve as they had great reviews and safe to say they live up to those expectations. Thank you Mellisa and Kellie.

Darren the mortgage broker provided me with impeccable advice. A a first time buyer my knowledge is very limited but thankfully the conversation with Darren was very insightful.
