Thank you to Nick. We asked for a valuation and Nick was able to do it straight away. Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. I had 100% positive experience with Sukie at the Bearstoweves at the Acocks green branch. What can I say he was very knowledgeable he explained everything to me from start to finish. Sukie sorted my company mortgage out just like saying not to worry all will be done which he did not disappoint very impressed. If anyone is looking for new/ remortgage I will suggest go to Sukie he will sort it out.
