I have used Bairstowe eves agents in Nottingham in the past and have done so again. Very poor communication, failing to even acknowlege emails let alone act on them. Pushing to keep reducing the price in a race to the bottom but failed to generate a single viweing in three months. Property keys kept in two desk drawers and when I went to collect mine it took 20 minutes to find them. They will claim their system was down but keys should be kept in a key safe. They also tried to hand me the wrong keys.

As a buyer I'd had a great experience with Bairstow Eves East Ham a few years ago, so when I decided to sell the house it made sense to go back to them. It was definitely the right decision. Communication with David and Maria was very smooth and I always felt in the loop. I've never actually sold a property before, and was a bit intimidated by the idea initially, but thanks to Maria and David's efforts I was always pretty confident that it was all going to be okay. Thank you!

We recently completed on both our sale and purchase with Bairstow Eves Barkingside and had a really great experience with the team.
Jeremy, Amy and Hayden were all excellent throughout, proactive, communicative and incredibly supportive, especially during the more stressful stages of the process. Their persistence and teamwork really helped keep everything moving.
We’d also like to recognise the wider office, as everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional.

I met Yvonne from Bairstow Eves when I was looking for a new property in the area and I was impressed by her professionalism and her expert knowledge of the industry. She always came prepared and had done her research on each property and was able to tell me all of the positives of each property as well as follow up each time. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always kept me in the loop of any new properties coming to the market that matched my criteria.
When it came to selling our house, I knew I wanted Yvonne as our agent. She did not fail to deliver - she managed to sell our house in less than a week at full asking price - not as easy feat in this current market!
Yvonne comes across as genuine and attentive. She’s a rare gem and we feel very lucky to have found her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Yvonne and Bairstow Eves again.
