Words can’t even describe how amazing Bairstow Eves Cannock are! We have had one hell of a house journey, through no fault of them but they have kept me level headed throughout. It’s been a rollercoaster and Kerry and Millie in particular have been fairy god mothers! Their knowledge and advice is next level and the support and communication was beyond phenomenal! She arranged our viewings efficiently, communicated clearly and made everything straightforward from the start.<br>We would also like to thank Molly Simmonds for all her support throughout the transaction. She was patient, professional, responsive to our emails and kept us updated during what became quite a long and stressful process. Her reassurance and dedication were greatly appreciated.<br>The only downside was that it was often very difficult to reach the office by phone. There were days when we called repeatedly without getting through, although emails were answered much more promptly.<br>Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received and would like to thank the whole team for helping us through the process. We truly appreciate all your support and wish you all the best.

I recently purchased my home through Bairstow Eves, and overall I had a positive experience with the team. They handled my case professionally, even though the seller's side was sometimes unpredictable and caused delays outside their control.<br><br>Whenever I had questions or concerns, the team responded promptly and worked to resolve them efficiently, which I really appreciated. The only area where I think the experience could have been even better is proactive communication and regular updates throughout the process. Even a brief update from time to time would have provided additional reassurance.<br><br>That said, I'm satisfied with the service I received and grateful for their support in helping me complete my home purchase. Thank you to the team for seeing everything through to completion.

Very poor management in this specific branch. More or less 0 communication from them.Do not let your property with them, as soon as they sign you up, they don't care about you (landlord) they only care in collecting they'r cut . They are not interested in doing property chec ups, etc.... really really terrible evil people at that branch.

My experience with this agent has been extremely disappointing they have literally put us through hoops and loops just verifying our identity. Even using there own app which proved insufficient in their eyes confirm8ng our ID .We instructed them in April 26 and they dragged their feet. If that was not enough. They then began to do the job of a legal adviser, raising issues of name change which was completely out of their remit. They cost us months its now June 26 . Very bad experience. Their procedures and practices on ethnicity needs to be monitored.
