Rylie was so helpful and welcoming throughout the whole letting process. She was friendly, professional, and always very quick to answer any questions I might have.<br>Went the extra mile with accommodating a second viewing so my 7 year old could have his own viewing.<br>Would definitely recommend.

She's been friendly, professional and consistently responsive, making what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I’ve dealt with a fair few agents in my time in the process of developing properties. Called this branch to get more info on a property for sale and was met with the most unhelpful, uninterested person on the end of the phone full of snarky comments. I’d be livid if a firm treated one of my perspective buyers like that, so I guess it’s no surprise the property ended up reduced. Word of caution to anyone looking to sell, much more enthusiastic/accessible agents around. Also find it quite suspicious how the positive reviews are from accounts set up specifically to review this firm...fraud much?

From start to finish, the experience we had from Bairstow Eves was impeccable.
We had Nick value our property and within the week we had not only sold ours but found and accepted offer on our dream forever home too. We had Gemma as our agent throughout and she couldn't have done any more for us if she tried, she made the stressful experience of moving house so much easier and helped us so much, from advise, to mediating between all the relevant parties, she was fantastic.

Poor service from Abbie and her colleagues who have ignored me for months. After being let down by them multiple times in the past I made the big mistake of going back to them. I contacted them in November 2025 for some new TA's to be created and so Abbie agreed to do the work. However I am still waiting for this work to be done its now October 2026!<br><br>I have been chasing them for months only to be ignored (over multiple emails and dozens of phone calls, her colleagues always advise me she's not available after being put on hold, clearly ignoring me! and that she will call me back, which never happens). I will not be using Bairstow Eves Lettings ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Poor service!!
