Words can’t even describe how amazing Bairstow Eves Cannock are! We have had one hell of a house journey, through no fault of them but they have kept me level headed throughout. It’s been a rollercoaster and Kerry and Millie in particular have been fairy god mothers! Their knowledge and advice is next level and the support and communication was beyond phenomenal! I can’t recommend them all enough! A massive thank you! Friendly, professional, and can’t do enough for you! Simply the best!

?????<br>Overall, we had a very positive experience and are happy with the service we received throughout our house purchase.<br>A special thank you to Preetkamal Johal, who was incredibly helpful at the beginning of the process. She arranged our viewings efficiently, communicated clearly and made everything straightforward from the start.<br>We would also like to thank Molly Simmonds for all her support throughout the transaction. She was patient, professional, responsive to our emails and kept us updated during what became quite a long and stressful process. Her reassurance and dedication were greatly appreciated.<br>The only downside was that it was often very difficult to reach the office by phone. There were days when we called repeatedly without getting through, although emails were answered much more promptly.<br>Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received and would like to thank the whole team for helping us through the process. We truly appreciate all your support and wish you all the best.

I recently purchased my home through Bairstow Eves, and overall I had a positive experience with the team. They handled my case professionally, even though the seller's side was sometimes unpredictable and caused delays outside their control.<br><br>Whenever I had questions or concerns, the team responded promptly and worked to resolve them efficiently, which I really appreciated. The only area where I think the experience could have been even better is proactive communication and regular updates throughout the process. Even a brief update from time to time would have provided additional reassurance.<br><br>That said, I'm satisfied with the service I received and grateful for their support in helping me complete my home purchase. Thank you to the team for seeing everything through to completion.

Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant.
Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin.
Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing!
At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable.
For the sake of my sanity:
Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately.
This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent.
P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

We recently bought our first home through Bairstow Eves, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Emma Sherwin, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.
As first-time buyers, everything felt quite overwhelming at times, but Emma was always patient, supportive, and quick to answer any questions we had. She kept us updated every step of the way and made the whole journey feel much less stressful.
Her professionalism, communication, and genuine care really stood out, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. We’re so grateful for all her help in making our first home purchase such a positive experience.

We initially chose Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse as the most local to our property to sell in Warsop.<br>On Simons first visit we knew they would be the correct t choice, he fully explained the services and what we can expect. The sale price was discussed between us. We felt no need to approach any other agents<br>We then met with Reo and Jessica who were very professional and we were very happy for them attend all the viewings<br>Once the offer was accepted with the buyer, and the process began we were regularly kept up to date with the progress, we never had the need to chase up<br>The final transaction was very smooth and as stress free as house sales can be<br>We thank all the team, and highly recommend this Agent
