We are at final stages with our house purchase and Tina has been absolutely amazing. Having only had contact with her at the end of the purchase, we feel she has gone above and beyond to get everything across the line for us, when she didn’t even need to! Matthew at Bairstoweves had also been particularly helpful and very friendly over the phone. Will definitely use them again! Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly from here!! Thanks again :)

Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant.
Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin.
Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing!
At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable.
For the sake of my sanity:
Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately.
This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent.
P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

We had such a positive experience with Ali at Bairstow Eves throughout our property purchase. From the very beginning, when I first called to arrange a viewing, right through to the day we collected the keys, Ali was incredibly helpful, kind and supportive.<br><br>He consistently kept us updated at every stage and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed about what was happening. In fact, there were several occasions when Ali had more information and was able to give us clearer updates than our own solicitor!<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but having someone so approachable, responsive and genuinely helpful made a huge difference. Ali was always happy to help, answer questions and keep things moving, and we really appreciated his support throughout the whole process.<br><br>We would highly recommend Ali to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He is a credit to Bairstow Eves and provided an excellent level of service from start to finish. Thank you so much, Ali, for all your help in getting us to the point of picking up our keys!

I am from birmingham I am in nottingham for some reasons and I have to go to nottinngham branch to completion of the documents. I really appreciate the way they treat me they have fulfilled my all enquiries and sort my things out. Specially thanks to Sophie. Everyone here are so friendly and professional but particularly Amber, who kept in contact throughout the whole buying process, advocating for me when we had some issues with the solicitor and being a big help when I was asking my anxious questions!! I really recommend her and everyone else I spoke to regarding things!!

Buying a house is stressful. However, Reo and Jess always responded to emails, chased solicitors, liaised with buyers and sellers on our behalf and always came back to me. I know I’m a pain the backside and they were always happy to help. Amanda and I appreciate the work you did and also your patience dealing with me. Katie was so knowledgeable and had really done her homework on market trends, prices, sales, etc, in the area. We were so impressed and decided to use Bairstow Eves. It turned out to be the right decision and they have been excellent. I cannot fault them at all and would have no hesitation recommend these guys. In particular, the Carlton branch who are a great team.
